The MAX-8 Series represents the latest evolution in EP’s internal combustion forklift design, offering diesel and LPG/gasoline configurations tailored for both indoor and outdoor operations. With advanced Mitsubishi and XINCHAI engines, improved hydraulic efficiency, and a reinforced chassis, this series ensures powerful performance, low emissions, and long-lasting reliability. Its ergonomic operator compartment and upgraded mast design provide excellent visibility, stability, and operator comfort during intensive material handling tasks.

Features

The MAX-8 series offers outputs up to 45 kW and torque exceeding 210 Nm. These engines provide consistent performance, high fuel efficiency, and compliance with Euro Stage V emission regulations, making them ideal for global industrial operations.
Its wide-view mast design and optimized hydraulic system deliver smooth lifting with maximum visibility. The mast options (2.5–6.0 m) include 2-stage and 3-stage configurations, supporting precise handling and reliable operation even with heavy or bulky loads.
The spacious operator compartment features a suspension seat, low step height, clear LCD instrument display, and low vibration steering. The OPS safety system, LED front and rear lights, and high exhaust options further enhance operational safety and visibility during intensive or outdoor use.
The MAX-8 series is available in both diesel (CPCD) and LPG/gasoline (CPQD) versions with load capacities from 1.5T to 3.5T. The heavy-duty chassis, reinforced counterweight, and rugged pneumatic tires ensure reliable traction and stability across multiple terrains. Optional attachments, solid tires, and full steel cabins make it adaptable for every industrial need.
The MAX-8 IC series features an upgraded cooling system designed to maintain consistent engine temperatures during demanding operations. Improved airflow and heat dissipation help extend component life, reduce overheating risks, and ensure dependable performance in high-temperature industrial environments.
Built with a strengthened frame and durable structural components, the MAX-8 IC is engineered for intensive daily use. Its robust construction improves resistance to vibration, impact, and heavy-duty wear, making it ideal for logistics hubs, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and outdoor applications.

Max-8 Application

The MAX-8 IC forklift series is designed for heavy-duty logistics and industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, distribution centers, ports, and construction sites. Available in both diesel and LPG versions, it offers versatility for mixed indoor-outdoor operations. The wide-view mast and compact turning radius improve maneuverability in confined spaces, while the rugged frame and high ground clearance make it equally capable on uneven outdoor terrain. From loading docks to high-bay warehouses, the MAX-8 delivers dependable performance across every shift.

Description

About the MAX-8 IC

The MAX-8 Series is EP Equipment’s premium line of 1.5–3.5T internal combustion forklifts, combining strength, comfort, and durability for modern material handling needs. Built to exceed performance expectations, the MAX-8 series features high-torque engines (up to 45 kW output) and a reinforced powershift transmission, ensuring reliable acceleration and handling even under full load.

Engineered with wide-view masts (2.5–6.0 m) and optimized hydraulic systems, operators benefit from improved lifting precision, reduced vibration, and smooth, responsive control. The trucks maintain gradeability up to 20% and travel speeds of up to 20 km/h, enabling high productivity in demanding operations.

Operator comfort is central to the MAX-8’s design — the spacious cockpit, suspension seat, low-vibration steering system, and clear instrument display reduce fatigue over long shifts. Safety is reinforced through OPS (Operator Presence System), LED front lighting, and optional full steel cabins for all-weather operations.

Available with customizable engine options — from Mitsubishi diesel to GCT LPG engines — and multiple mast and tire configurations, the MAX-8 adapts to any operational requirement while meeting Euro Stage V emission standards.
